Originally from South Jordan Utah, Tommy is a versatile dancer with an emphasis on strong ballet and jazz technique. Tommy began working in the industry at 17 years old dancing for Odyssey Dance Theatre. Odyssey was a demanding company that required the dancers to perform anything from a classical pas de deux, to Latin Ballroom numbers, to Hip Hop. Since moving to LA in 2021, Tommy has had the honor of dancing for artists like Miley Cyrus, Ben Platt, Paula Abdul, and Mariah Carey. As a teacher, Tommy loves that lessons in the dance studio can translate into other areas of life. Dance, when taught in a safe and encouraging environment, has the ability to give someone resilience, confidence, a place of belonging, and creativity. Tommy’s goal is to provide his students with tools that will allow them to excel as a dancer, but more importantly, to excel in life when faced with adversity.
