Civic Dance center and our preprofessional company, Bakersfield City Ballet, are thrilled to invite you to The Nutcracker Tea. This is a unique experience that blends the joy of a delightful character tea and luncheon with the wonder of live performance – an excellent first experience for younger dancers!

Children of all ages will be thrilled to receive their very own copy of The Nutcracker storybook, along with a fun activity packet and a special commemorative ornament!

After the Tea, you can enjoy a live performance of Civic Dance Center’s The Nutcracker. This enchanting ballet is a cherished holiday tradition that has captivated audiences for generations. With stunning costumes, Tchaikovsky’s beautiful score, and whimsical touch of magic, it’s the perfect way to get into the spirit of the season.
