Dear Civic Families,

We’re excited to invite you to our Annual Fall Festival on November 9th at 6:30pm – an evening of fun, food, and festivities in support of our goal to bring a Live Orchestra to our beloved production of The Nutcracker!

This year’s Fall Fest will be packed with activities, including:

-Games, Prized, and a Candy Walk
-Music and Line Dancing
-Pie the Directors
-Dinner, Treats, and Hot Cocoa

To help us plan for this exciting event, please let us know how many family members will be attending. We are also requesting donations of soda and water and full-sized candy bars to make the event even more enjoyable for all.

Additionally we have a sign up for volunteers. If you’re able to lend a hand by signing up for a time slot, it would be greatly appreciated!

All proceeds from the Fall Festival will go directly toward funding the live orchestra, adding a magical layer to The Nutcracker performance. We look forward to seeing everyone there and making this a night to remember for our community.
